Event aims

The aim of the network meeting is to provide a forum for community building and village hall trustees across Hambleton to network and share information, advice, tips and thoughts on all aspects of running a hall.

Who should attend?

This is a network meeting for community building and village hall trustees across Hambleton.

What will you learn?

In the first half of the meeting we will be looking at the importance of making your community building dementia friendly and some of the things you can do to achieve that. We will be welcoming a representative from Dementia Forward to the meeting to give their expert advice and to answer your questions.

During the second half of the meeting there will be an opportunity to discuss any issues you are currently facing with other community building and village hall trustees and Community First Yorkshire development officers.

Trainer

The meeting will be led by Leah Furniss and Joanne Abbott, development officers at Community First Yorkshire.
