Redundancy Training and Q&A

As voluntary organisations emerge from the immediate crisis of Covid-19, the furlough scheme changes and its ultimate end in October, organisations may face some tough decisions about their future and the future of their staff.  Some may find they need to look at restructuring and potential redundancies. This webinar will look at what redundancy means and the correct process which must be followed together with other related issues.

Who should attend? 

This webinar is designed for trustees, chief executives, line managers and other key decision makers of voluntary organisations in North Yorkshire. It will provide a general overview of the redundancy process and then give participants the opportunity to ask our HR Advisors and Development Officer  questions they have on the redundancy process and other related issues.

Trainer

This training will be delivered by Jane Hudson and Bob Owen, HR Advisors who  both have extensive HR knowledge and experience in supporting organisations with their HR issues. A member of the Community Support team will also be in attendance to discuss any other organisational issues which may be highlighted.

Location 

This training will take place on zoom. Please note the zoom link will be emailed out ahead of the course.
