Introduction to Mental Health Awareness (two starting dates)

What will I learn? 

  • Raise your awareness of common mental health problems
  • Gain an understanding of how good mental health contributes to good physical health
  • Learn some strategies to manage mental health issues
  • Explore/practice selected relaxation techniques

You will have access to your teacher on a weekly basis through Skype, email and Google Classroom as well as the opportunity to contribute to group discussions across the County. You will be given tasks to complete at each session and instructions and online demonstrations will be provided.


Starting 1 June every Monday for 3 weeks 10:30 – 13:30
