Further re-opening of village halls and community buildings from 17 May Webinar

Event aims:

The webinar will address any questions or concerns you have in relation to the re-opening of your hall from the 17 May.

Who should attend?

Trustee and committee members of community buildings and village halls in North, South, and West Yorkshire and York with questions or concerns relating to the further reopening of halls from the 17 May.

What will you learn?

The webinar will focus on the further re-opening of halls allowed from the 17 May.

Due to the complex nature of the information and guidance related to re-opening, we are asking halls to pre-submit any questions or concerns that they would like answering before the webinar. This is to ensure that we can provide full and correct information on the day.

Please submit any questions or concerns you have in relation to re-opening, by emailing communitybuildings@communityfirstyorkshire.org.uk

We would appreciate it if you could include your name, hall name and area where your hall is based.

Due to the nature of the meeting and the number of halls we expect to attend, participants will be muted throughout the meeting and there will be no chat function. We will have a question box for any further questions that we will try to answer at the end of the session if there is time.

All questions and answers will be available after the session.

Please note that this is a virtual meeting which will be held via Zoom.

Please register to attend. To register please click on the ‘register now’ button at the bottom of this page. Once you have registered to attend a confirmation email will be sent with a Zoom link to join.

If you would like to attend but do not have a Zoom account or would like a short introduction session on the basics of using Zoom please get in touch communitybuildings@communityfirstyorkshire.org.uk

What’s included?

A copy of the information and links to any resources shared during the meeting will be available after the event on the Community First Yorkshire website.
