Successful collaborations can achieve more than working alone, and help voluntary and community groups deal with the unique challenges the sector is facing today.
Collaborative working can range from informal networks to formal agreements, or partnerships.
This training will enable you to develop a good understanding of effective collaboration and the range of forms and approaches used in Yorkshire.
This live, interactive workshop will be delivered over Zoom.

This training is suitable for any charity, community organisation, community business staff or management committee members wanting to understand the key ingredients of effective collaborative working and how to develop and work with them.
What will you learn?

- Why organisations collaborate.
- What forms can collaboration take?
- What’s difficult about collaborative working?
- What can be done to make collaborative working succeed?
- Where to access further resources and support.
You will leave the workshop with practical tools to help increase the effectiveness of your group.
