Getting the right behaviours and dynamics on the board and between board members is an essential ingredient for successful organisations. The Chair’s role in managing these dynamics is key as they have prime responsibility for ensuring the board has a productive culture. This session will provide useful insight and advice on how to set the tone for the board, manage difficult dynamics, and create expectations of appropriate trustee behaviours.
